Pear Raspberry Lemon Smoothie Recipe

This luscious Vitamix smoothie recipe is an excellent source of antioxidants and fiber to help you achieve optimal health. It is made with pear, raspberries, lemon juice, and skim milk.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium pear, sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries, frozen
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 ½ cup skim milk

Directions

  1. Combine the pear, raspberries, lemon juice, and skim milk into the Vitamix blender container and cover tightly with lid.
  2. Choose variable 1.
  3. Turn the machine on and gradually increase speed to variable 10, then increase to High.
  4. Blend for about 1 minute or until smooth.
  5. Pour in 2 chilled glasses.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
