Yogurt Banana Apple and Spinach Smoothie Recipe

This awesome Vitamix smoothie recipe made with Greek yogurt, banana, apple, and spinach will not only satisfy your hunger but can also provide you with probiotics, potassium, fiber, and antioxidants to help you stay away from sickness.


  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • ½ medium apple, sliced
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup skim milk


  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, banana, apple, spinach, and skim milk into the Vitamix blender container and cover tightly with lid.
  2. Choose variable 1.
  3. Turn the machine on and gradually increase speed to variable 10, then increase to High.
  4. Blend for about 1 minute or until smooth.
  5. Pour in 2 chilled glasses.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
