Orange Mango Pineapple and Soy Shake Recipe

This awesome Vitamix smoothie recipe is made of orange, mango, pineapple, and soy milk. A great way to get your daily dose of nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium orange, cut into segments
  • ½ cup mango, cubed
  • ½ cup pineapple, cubed
  • 1 ½ cup soy milk

Directions

  1. Combine the orange, mango, pineapple, and soy milk into the Vitamix blender container and cover tightly with lid.
  2. Choose variable 1.
  3. Turn the machine on and gradually increase speed to variable 10, then increase to High.
  4. Blend for about 1 minute or until smooth.
  5. Pour in 2 chilled glasses.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
