
Coconut Banana and Pineapple Smoothie Recipe
In this smoothie recipe, coconut is blended with banana and pineapple to provide you with good fats, fiber and potassium for a healthy heart.
Ingredients
- ½ cup young coconut meat
- ½ medium banana, sliced
- ½ cup pineapple, cubed
- 2 cups coconut water
Directions
- Combine the coconut meat, banana, pineapple, coconut water into the Vitamix blender container and cover tightly with lid.
- Choose variable 1.
- Turn the machine on and gradually increase
- Blend for about 1 minute or until smooth and creamy.
- Pour in 2 chilled glasses.
- Serve and enjoy!
