Coconut Banana and Pineapple Smoothie Recipe

In this smoothie recipe, coconut is blended with banana and pineapple to provide you with good fats, fiber and potassium for a healthy heart.


  • ½ cup young coconut meat
  • ½ medium banana, sliced
  • ½ cup pineapple, cubed
  • 2 cups coconut water


  1. Combine the coconut meat, banana, pineapple, coconut water into the Vitamix blender container and cover tightly with lid.
  2. Choose variable 1.
  3. Turn the machine on and gradually increase
  4. Blend for about 1 minute or until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour in 2 chilled glasses.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
