Orange Mango Pineapple and Soy Shake Recipe
This awesome Vitamix smoothie recipe is made of orange, mango, pineapple, and soy milk. A great way to get your daily dose of nutrients.
Ingredients
- 1 medium orange, cut into segments
- ½ cup mango, cubed
- ½ cup pineapple, cubed
- 1 ½ cup soy milk
Directions
- Combine the orange, mango, pineapple, and soy milk into the Vitamix blender container and cover tightly with lid.
- Choose variable 1.
- Turn the machine on and gradually increase speed to variable 10, then increase to High.
- Blend for about 1 minute or until smooth.
- Pour in 2 chilled glasses.
- Serve and enjoy!
