Pineapple Kiwi Cucumber and Lemon Smoothie Recipe
This quick, easy, and tasty Vitamix smoothie recipe with pineapple, kiwi fruit, cucumber, and lemon will surely give you a ton of health benefits!
Ingredients
- 2cups pineapple, cubed
- 2 medium kiwi fruit, sliced
- ½ medium cucumber, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 cup crushed ice
Directions
- Combine the pineapple, kiwi fruit, cucumber, lemon juice, and crushed ice into the Vitamix blender container and cover tightly with lid.
- Choose variable 1.
- Turn the machine on and gradually increase speed to variable 10, then increase to High.
- Blend for about 1 minute or until smooth.
- Pour in 2 chilled glasses.
- Serve and enjoy!
