Pineapple Kiwi Cucumber and Lemon Smoothie Recipe

This quick, easy, and tasty Vitamix smoothie recipe with pineapple, kiwi fruit, cucumber, and lemon will surely give you a ton of health benefits!


  • 2cups pineapple, cubed
  • 2 medium kiwi fruit, sliced
  • ½ medium cucumber, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 cup crushed ice


  1. Combine the pineapple, kiwi fruit, cucumber, lemon juice, and crushed ice into the Vitamix blender container and cover tightly with lid.
  2. Choose variable 1.
  3. Turn the machine on and gradually increase speed to variable 10, then increase to High.
  4. Blend for about 1 minute or until smooth.
  5. Pour in 2 chilled glasses.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
