Pineapple Almond Yogurt and Flaxseed Smoothie Recipe
This delectable Vitamix smoothie recipe with pineapple, almond, yogurt, and flaxseeds will provide you with a good amounts of much needed nutrients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple, cubed
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. flaxseeds
Directions
- Combine the pineapple, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and flaxseeds into the Vitamix blender container and cover tightly with lid.
- Choose variable 1.
- Turn the machine on and gradually increase speed to variable 10, then increase to High.
- Blend for about 1 minute or until smooth.
- Pour in 2 chilled glasses.
- Serve and enjoy!
