Orange Red Currant and Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

This wonderful Vitamix smoothie recipe with orange, red currant, strawberry, and skim milk will keep you invigorated and will provide you with vitamins and minerals that you need to keep your eyes and skin healthy.


  • 1 medium orange, cut into segments
  • ½ cup red currants
  • ½ cup strawberries, halved
  • 2 cups skim milk


  1. Combine the orange, red currants, strawberries, and skim milk into the Vitamix blender container and cover tightly with lid.
  2. Choose variable 1.
  3. Turn the machine on and gradually increase speed to variable 10, then increase to High.
  4. Blend for about 1 minute or until smooth.
  5. Pour in 2 chilled glasses.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
