Melon Banana and Almond Smoothie Recipe

This yummy Vitamix smoothie recipe is made with rock melon, banana, and almond milk. Both rock melon and banana are rich in fiber and potassium which promotes heart health.


  • 1 cup rock melon, cubed
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 2 cups almond milk


  1. Combine the rock melon, banana, and almond milk into the Vitamix blender container and cover tightly with lid.
  2. Choose variable 1.
  3. Turn the machine on and gradually increase speed to variable 10, then increase to High.
  4. Blend for about 1 minute or until smooth.
  5. Pour in 2 chilled glasses.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
