Mango Orange Protein Smoothie with Flaxseeds Recipe

This high-protein Vitamix smoothie recipe made with mango, orange, soy protein powder, and flaxseeds is a sure winner!


  • 1 cupmango, sliced
  • ½ medium orange, cut into segments
  • 2 scoops soy protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp. flaxseeds
  • 2 cups water


  1. Combine the mango, orange, soy protein powder, flaxseeds, and water into the Vitamix blender container and cover tightly with lid.
  2. Choose variable 1.
  3. Turn the machine on and gradually increase speed to variable 10, then increase to High.
  4. Blend for about 1 minute or until smooth.
  5. Pour in 2 chilled glasses.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
