Mango Cashew and Ginger Smoothie

This Vitamix smoothie recipe is definitely a delicious and nutritious drink that you can have for breakfast or snack. It is made from mango, cashew, ginger, and skim milk.


  • 1 cup mango, sliced
  • 10g cashew nuts
  • 5g fresh ginger
  • 1 ½ cup skim milk


  1. Combine the mango, cashew nuts, ginger, and skim milk into the Vitamix blender container and cover tightly with lid.
  2. Choose variable 1.
  3. Turn the machine on and gradually increase speed to variable 10, then increase to High.
  4. Blend for about 1 minute or until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour in 2 chilled glasses.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
