Beet Carrot and Apple Smoothie with Parsley Recipe

This Vitamix smoothie recipe made with beet, carrot, apple, and parsley provides you with the fiber and other important nutrients which promotes good health.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium beet root, sliced
  • ½ medium carrot, sliced
  • 1 medium apple, cored and sliced
  • ¼ cup parsley
  • 2 cups coconut water

Directions

  1. Combine the beet, carrot, apple, parsley, and coconut water into the Vitamix blender container and cover tightly with lid.
  2. Choose variable 1.
  3. Turn the machine on and gradually increase speed to variable 10, then increase to High.
  4. Blend for about 1 minute or until smooth.
  5. Pour in 2 chilled glasses.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
